Our Vision is that Laser-Cleaning will become the most common form of surface cleaning process, eliminating the need for water, chemicals, consumables and all the energy, packaging, shipping costs and waste that is generated by conventional cleaning processes.

WSL’s ELASER-RHZ has been specifically developed to deliver this vision.  To bring laser-cleaning to mainstream applications.  

ELASER-RHZ eliminates the need for physical enclosures around laser-cleaning activities.  With ELASER-RHZ, the amazing benefits of laser-cleaning can be brought to industrial applications within open-plan manufacturing environments, for use in public-spaces for graffiti removal, heritage building renovation and infrastructure maintenance and for general cleaning processes in our hospitals, restaurants and ultimately within our homes.

Like existing laser-cleaning technology, ELASER-RHZ eliminates the need for water, chemicals, contact and consumables from surface cleaning processes, but brings the important additional safety benefit of significantly reducing the eye-safety hazards associated with high-power lasers.

Powered by compact, robust fiber, retina-safe fibre lasers and incorporating a portable, lightweight 2D laser-scanner and intuitive user-interface, ELASER-RHZ will adapt to optimise any surface-cleaning, surface-preparation or coating-removal application.
